Areas of Work
Data & Systems Architecture
Data modelling, warehouse design, ETL pipeline development, and BI reporting. I work across the full technical lifecycle, requirements and data modelling through to production delivery. Primary tools: SQL (20 years), MS SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, SSIS, SSRS.
Enterprise Systems Integration
Integration architecture across PLM, ERP, CRM, and PMS platforms in on-premise and hybrid cloud environments. I handle requirements, vendor coordination, functional and integration testing, and go-live. Experience with Aras PLM, Siemens Polarion, Cameo Teamwork Cloud, Oracle Siebel, Oracle Flexcube, and SAP.
IT Contracting & Product Ownership
Available for contract roles as a systems specialist, data engineer, or product owner. I work directly with client teams across the full project lifecycle, requirements, build, testing, and delivery. Current engagement: Four Seasons Yachts (FSY) as Product Owner for the Otalio PMS system implementation, vendor coordination, and go-live across the fleet. Prior to land-based contracting, I spent five years as an IT Officer at sea with Crystal Cruises, managing onboard systems, infrastructure, and crew-facing IT operations. ITIL Foundation certified. ISTQB certified.
